The Coaching Process
“Impacting people for results” is our philosophy at Soar2Achieve. When you collaborate with Cecelia, you are gaining a thought partner, an accountability partner, and celebration partner.
1. Coaching begins with a review of ethical guidelines.
From confidentiality and your privacy to defining coach and client roles, before we begin, we’ll clearly communicate our mutually beneficial policies.
2. Discuss personal aspirations in terms of career goals.
We listen! We want to gain a thorough perspective of what you’ve accomplished in order to help you discern best next steps.
3. Establish the coaching timeframe.
We respect your time and we value efficiency. Together we’ll establish a coaching plan that fits your schedule, goals, and appetite for advancement.
4. Conduct exercises and assessments.
We take a goal-oriented approach to career and leadership coaching. Professional development tools range from roleplay to skills, leadership and behavioral assessments. We’ll identify and employ the assessment that best meets your goal, whether it’s StrengthsFinder, DiSC, Myers-Briggs, Hogan, or any of the many resources at our disposal.
5. Monitor progress and set new goals.
As your accountability partner, Soar2Achieve will help you track your progress, keep an eye on objectives, and raise antenna to determine future goals.
